Those who participate in any of our tours hereby agree that

1)       I will comply at all times strictly to the instructions and guidelines provided by the    organizer, agents and guides.

2)       I shall not proceed outside the designated areas marked with spray paint/ropes etc or indicated by the guides.

3)       In case of non-participation in the tour  in total  or in part  - after commencement of the tour which begins with the pickup at the rsp. hotel or upon arrival at the parking lot/ Book Village - there is no refund in part or total of the fee.

4)       In case of safety induced itinerary changes/abandonment and stop of the tour  due to strong winds, thunder and the possibility of lightning, heavy rain or any other unforeseen circumstances/ ‘Acts of God’ etc no refund will be granted.

5)       The organizer/guides reserves the right to take tour participants out of the course without refund,  whom the organizer/guide deems physically and /or  mentally unfit to handle the last slide/abseil or any other part of the tour.

6)       The participant hereby agrees that he/she is not suffering from any medical condition --or pregnancy-, which might endanger his /her life/health. In case such a condition exists, the organizer /guide must be informed  prior to the start of the tour. If this information is not passed to the tour organizer, the participant foregoes all rights to participate without any refund at any stage during the tour.

7)       I hereby covenant the organizer, agent, servants and guides that I will at all times keep you and your successors in title indemnified against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever by all persons claiming through or under you or any of them and from all costs and expenses in the event of injuries and death caused arising from the use of said equipment, premises and participation in any of the excursions.
