Langkawi Canopy Adventures S/B was founded in 2001, after the team under the leadership of Juergen and Sabariah Zimmerer had operated in previous years under the umbrellas of hotels or other tour operators. Juergen Zimmerer is a qualified NLP- and motivational trainer, British trained hypnotherapist, thus enabling psycho-social and behavioural sciences incorporated in any of the programs tailored to the customers needs.
LCA S/B offers - beside the tours - rehabilitation programs for delinquent/ semi-delinquent juveniles, Mental Wellness weekends and weeklong hypnotherapy and NLP seminars etc. LCA S/B can also provide apprenticeships for students in the field of sports, psychology, social pedagogy, who need to undergo some practical training . LCA S/B is a certified provider for such training courses.

A new subsidiary, Langkawi Quad Adventures S/B has been established recently, targeting motorsport and off road enthusiasts by offering them the ultimate off road experience on Four Wheel ATV bikes. LQA S/B is the first and only ATV operator in Malaysia with its own quad park established in cooperation with MARDI Langkawi.
All our activities are custom- and tailor made to the clients needs, an approach which is rather innovative in Asia, as it requires from the customer to exactly and thoroughly identify his needs and objectives to us in order to achieve best results of such a company or group outing.
On a daily basis our companies operates:
- Canopy Tours, ie. sliding from tree platform to tree platform, interspersed with abseil and rappelling passages
- Quad bike training sessions in combination and followed by off road tours
- Jungle Trekking Day/ Night
- Sea Kayaking and cave excursions along the northern and eastern coast of Langkawi
- Ecological Excursions and package programs for school classes
- Mangrove River Safaris with cave explorations
- Tree climbing
